Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at www.torringtonconcreteworks.com or using our concrete services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
BravoLine Torrington Concrete Works provides professional concrete installation, repair, and restoration services for residential and commercial properties in Torrington, CT and surrounding areas. We offer concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, decorative concrete, and related masonry services.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided are good faith approximations based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and scope changes discovered during the project. We will communicate any significant changes to you before proceeding with additional work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typical projects require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your agreement.
Project Timeline
We strive to complete all projects on time. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site issues. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to minimize disruptions to your schedule.
Warranty and Guarantee
We stand behind our work. Our concrete installations come with a workmanship warranty as outlined in your service agreement. This warranty covers defects in our installation but does not cover damage from improper use, extreme weather events, or lack of maintenance. Specific warranty terms will be provided with your project agreement.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and remove any obstacles that may interfere with our work. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other items not clearly marked before work begins.
Permits and Regulations
When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. You are responsible for ensuring any HOA approvals or easement permissions are secured before work begins. Additional fees may apply for permit acquisition.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice may forfeit your deposit. Once concrete has been poured, the project is considered non-cancellable, and full payment will be due.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any claims must be made in writing within 30 days of project completion.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
